How to make a settlement for Driver?

You can pay your delivery boys as per your onboarding agreement. It will be weekly, fortnight, monthly. As all COD [Cash On Delivery] payments will be with your Delivery person. Our system shall reflect all the COD payments of each Delivery person having in their Waller [Driver Wallet], So you can collect the Cash Payment or you can manage offline payment settlement with them.

In case your delivery boy earnings are less than customer cash collections so you need to pay your delivery boy. Our system will give you the exact figures to pay and that you can pay through your net banking or any other mode of payment. It is up to you to initiate a Bank transfer, cheques, or cash. Kindly follow the steps to settlement.

Step #1: Log in with your admin dashboard and go to Financial Reports and click on Driver. 

Step #2: you need to select months and click on view options.

Step #3: you can see the list of drivers and select the driver which you want to settle the payment. 

Step #4: Click to view the driver profile so found that Dashboard, Month Wise Earnings, Order wise Earnings, settlements and you can select a Settlements option.

Step #5: You need to collect payment from your drive so you need to click on Receive and you can see Pop up. then you need to Settlement To date, Payment Mode, Transaction Id / Cheque, and you will see Amount. If you have any note so add on Notes for your reference and click to Receive button. 

Step #6: Once you click to receive and see the Status Received.
