Why Riders May Not Appear During Order Assignment?

You have to check the following points to allocate the orders.


1. The rider is logged out of the device.  

2. The rider has set their status to "Off Duty" in the app.  

3. The rider is outside the configured assignment range.  

4. The rider is currently engaged with another order.


These are the primary reasons why a rider may not appear as available during assignment time.


When a rider will appear for assignment:


1. The rider is logged into the device and has set their status to "Online."  

2. The rider is within the configured assignment range.  

3. The rider is not currently handling any other delivery.
