We made some changes to the Ordering Dashboard page. Here is More details about how it's working.
New Request : It will show All New Orders which are not accepted. Now you will see ASAP orders & Schedule orders on the New Request tab only.
ASAP Order : Once you confirm it will move to the Confirmed tab.
Schedule order : Once you confirm it will move to the Schedule tab.
Both orders will move to Ready to deliver when you change the status of those orders.
Schedule Orders : It will show All schedule order which is confirmed but pending for delivery.
Confirmed Orders : it will show All ASAP Orders which is confirmed but pending for delivery.
Ready to Delivery : It will show All ASAP/ schedule orders which are ready to delivery.
On The Way : It will show All ASAP/ schedule orders Which are picked up and One the way to Delivery.
Delivered : You will see All Delivered orders on this tab.
Cancelled : You will see All Auto Cancelled & Manually Cancelled Order on this tab.
Abandoned : You will see Orders in which customer Tried to pay online but it was Failed or Customer did not proceed.
