Processing payments is a crucial part of your food delivery business. Deonde supports multiple payment gateways based on your location, allowing your customers to pay using their preferred methods. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up payment gateways on your Deonde platform.
Accessing Payment Settings
To start setting up your payment methods:
Log in to your Deonde dashboard
Navigate to "Settings" in the left sidebar
Select "Integrations"
Click on "Payments"
Available Payment Gateways
Deonde supports various payment gateways based on your country. Some of our supported payment options include:
Global Payment Gateways
Stripe

Region-Specific Payment Gateways
North America: Square, Authorize.net
Europe: Adyen, Klarna
India: UPI, PhonePe, GooglePay

Setting Up a Payment Gateway
Step 1: Choose Your Payment Gateway
In the Payments section, you'll see a list of available payment gateways for your country
Click on the gateway you want to set up
Toggle the switch to "Enable"
Step 2: Enter API Credentials
For most payment gateways, you'll need to provide:
API Key/Public Key
Secret Key/Private Key
Merchant ID (for some gateways)
Note: You'll need to create an account with your chosen payment provider first to obtain these credentials.
Step 3: Test Your Integration
Before going live:
Enable "Test Mode" if available
Make a test purchase using test card numbers provided by the payment gateway
Verify the transaction appears in both your Deonde dashboard and payment gateway account
Step 4: Go Live
Once testing is successful:
Switch to "Live Mode"
Save your settings
Setting Up Cash on Delivery
To enable or manage Cash on Delivery (COD) settings:
Navigate to "Settings" → "General" → "Payment Methods"
Access this at: https://dashboard.deonde.co/settings/configurations
Toggle to enable or disable Cash on Delivery
